After World War II, our grandfather, having risen to the rank of Colonel in the Air Force, continued his service in a more administrative capacity. He left the cold cockpits of B-2 bombers for field offices and board rooms, and evolved into the epitome of a proper officer. He traded in his dusty fatigues for dress blues and a new briefcase more suited to carrying reports and papers than K rations.

The unique hardware can be seen across the entire line of Spark bags, including the heavy-duty, authentic aircraft buckles on the top flap, the minimalist pocket studs and the military inspired triangle loop and hook system. The main compartment is also reinforced across the top handle with an aluminum support to help the bag maintain its shape and add strength to the carrying structure. Inside is the center pocket designed to fit most laptops, and lined with wool felt on both sides, stitched with subtle designs mirroring a traditional leather motorcycle seat. The front pockets are meant for easy access to your important odds and ends, and sport thin hidden pockets in the front with secure pockets on the interior. The bag can also be transformed into a versatile backpack, with a simple swap of the strap snaps and a pass through the rear loop.
